DESCRIPTION:APRS TRACKER GROUP BUILD – Cory GB Sickles\, WA3UVV\nWe now have a hard date for the group build – Saturday May 10th\, starting at 09:00. Our instructor\,\nAidan Kern\, N3AMK\, will physically be in attendance\, possibly with some other assistance from fellow WVU\nstudents and members of the WVU ARC.\nFor those who have reserved spaces\, the per-board cost totaled out at just $25. Please bring cash to pay\nfor the board kits you have ordered. I plan to be at the clubhouse early\, to set up the soldering stations. It is\nalso suggested that you bring your laptop and a spare USB stick\, as to load up the programming software. If\nyou have a preferred set of hand tools that you would prefer to use\, then bring them along\, as well.\nA presentation on APRS and what it can offer the digitally-inclined ham – will be upcoming – as we built\nout our APRS infrastructure in SWPA.\nWire snips\, wire holders\, and small tools from your own work bench would aid in a positive experience. \nThere is a cost for the kit anticipate less than $40.
