UARC Field Day

FIELD DAY PLANNING
ARRL Field Day 2025 will take place June 28 ~ 29, the last full weekend of the month.
Some participants enjoy setting up remotely as guests of the Bruderhof, while others prefer it on club
property. As life is a series of compromises, this year we will take a hybrid approach, with the location being
the club property, but camped out in front, with temporary antennas, station setups, and off-grid power.
Pierre Thomson, KA2QPG, will again be leading our effort. We will be discussing our approach and
other details at the May business meeting. Those wishing to participate in this year’s event are encouraged to
attend.
